“I cannot recommend Justine enough. Seven years ago, with my first child, I experienced what was an excruciating, painful breastfeeding journey. I felt utterly alone, struggling with intense pain at every feed. Determined to continue, I sought help everywhere—every breastfeeding group in and around Cambridge, countless well-intentioned consultants, doctors, and even a tongue-tie procedure. Advice like “good latch” or “chubby baby gaining weight” didn’t ease my pain, and each day brought more confusion, frustration, and despair.
After almost five months, I found Justine. She brought not only knowledge and guidance, but patience, genuine care, and unwavering support. Her encouragement, guidance, visits, persistence with positioning, attention to tiny changes, and comforting company helped me and my baby navigate a journey that once felt impossible. With her help, another tongue-tie procedure, and her steady support, I finally reached a point of almost pain-free feeding—and went on to breastfeed successfully for over two years.
Seven years later, with my second child, I faced the same fears and symptoms. Even from abroad, Justine was there for me. Through video calls and messages, she achieved in days what local professionals couldn’t in weeks. With one tongue-tie procedure, one baby’s physiotherapist (as per her recommendations), and her expert guidance, I was feeding completely pain-free by five weeks.
Justine is a haven—a safe place to cry, to be heard, to be cared for, and to know you are not alone. She combines profound knowledge with genuine warmth and empathy. She will forever have a place in our hearts.”

“I cannot recommend Justine highly enough — she truly went above and beyond to support us during an incredibly challenging time. When I found her through a friend’s recommendation, I was feeling desperate and low. We were stuck in “triple feeding hell” due to poor advice from other healthcare professionals, and I was close to giving up.
Justine changed everything. She came to my home several times and brought both compassion and deep expertise to a situation that had felt hopeless. My baby had multiple health challenges, including tension from a long birth, severe and prolonged jaundice, and other complications with confusion about my supply that made feeding especially difficult.
With Justine’s help, and with support from an osteopath she recommended, we saw a huge turnaround. Over four weeks, with a few in-person visits, two virtual sessions, and ongoing WhatsApp support, I was able to transition to exclusively breastfeeding directly. It’s now been another five weeks of direct feeding only, and Justine continues to check in and offer support.
I feel incredibly lucky and grateful to have found her. Justine saw me as a person, not just a case, and she gave me the tools and encouragement to find a sustainable and empowering path forward for both myself and my baby.”

“Seeing Justine in the weeks before having our baby was probably one of the best things we could have done to help us prepare. We knew from the outset that our preference was to breastfeed and knowing that so many women sadly struggle and do not get the support from the NHS that they need to get them off to a good start, we wanted all the help we could get. Justine quickly put us at ease. She is so knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions, told us what to expect and reassured us. It was even more worthwhile as we had a traumatic birth and the midwives quickly wanted to get our baby on formula, something we did not want to do and he actually didn’t need as we had Justine’s instant support and guidance. Justine gave me to the confidence to advocate for me and my baby and even came into the hospital to help. If I had to give all parents to be one piece of advice, it would be to invest in your bf journey and to do so early. I don’t know what we would have done without Justine. She is amazing.”

“As soon as I found out I was pregnant, I began searching for a doula, and through a recommendation, I found Justine. From the start, she was wonderful. She came to our home to provide an antenatal class for my husband and me, which was incredibly convenient. The class was not only informative and practical but also gave us the confidence we needed to prepare for our baby’s arrival.
Justine shared invaluable tips, answered all our questions with patience, and had the most calming presence. Her experience truly showed, and her support didn’t stop there—she was an absolute lifesaver in the early days after our baby was born. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without her.
I highly recommend Justine to any expecting parents!”

“My partner and I got in touch with Justine when we knew that I would have a planned C-section because our (first) baby was breech. I had heard from friends that breastfeeding can be tricky and sometimes even more so after a C-section. Justine talked us through how to successfully establish breastfeeding in the hours after the birth and we made a plan for how she would support us in the first weeks postpartum. This made me feel confident in asking for what I wanted during the birth and got us off to a really good start.
Justine was available on WhatsApp and did home visits in those early days so I could ask questions when things were difficult. Due to Justine’s expertise, we realised that our baby had a severe tongue tie which would have made breastfeeding very difficult in the long run but because we found out so quickly we could get it resolved. Now our baby has been happily breastfed for 9 months and I believe that the preparation and support from Justine in the first week was key to things going so well. Justine has also continued to be available to help with the odd hiccup that has arisen since.
I’m really grateful to Justine for her expertise, warmth and professionalism which gave me confidence starting out in motherhood.”
